Role

You will follow clear processes that will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office and business systems, so we can consistently deliver timely, accurate and relevant services to our clients. Career opportunities over time for the right person.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Follow procedures to onboard new clients, update existing client and other information on our files and systems and archive information no longer required.

  • Ensure scanning and filing is regularly undertaken so that our records are accurate and complete.

  • Undertake admin processes, as directed, relating to various financial requirements for our clients.

  • Deal with technology queries as first line support and in liaison with our IT company.

  • Answer the phones in line with company standards and ensuring they reach the appropriate person or relevant information is recorded so that calls can be returned.

  • Cover for reception duties and deliveries of client information as required in a proactive and helpful manner.
